Katherine has been a consultant with Sancroft since 2013, during which time she has worked on a wide range of clients including Associated British Foods, Santander, Hilton Worldwide and Nestlé.

She specialises in building robust and effective sustainability strategies capable of driving meaningful change. She is also an experienced communicator, adept at supporting companies to tell their corporate responsibility story in a high-impact way.

Before joining Sancroft, Katherine led The Coca-Cola Company’s efforts to deliver its sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games sustainably. This three-year project involved: devising a carbon footprint reduction and compensation strategy; using the Coca-Cola brand to inspire behaviour change on recycling; and working with a charity partner to get more young people active.

Prior to that, Katherine was Climate Change Manager at Tesco. In this role, she contributed to reducing annual UK carrier bag use by 3 billion, putting carbon labels on products and launching a low-carbon blueprint for all new Tesco stores. Katherine graduated from the University of Warwick in 2000 with a first class honours degree in English Literature.
